COMMUN offers experienced chairs, novel committees, and, most importantly, a chance for attendees to refine their Model UN skills while having fun. At this in-person conference—designed by students, for students—delegates will find themselves face-to-face with their peers and chairs at Commonwealth School, located in Boston's historic Back Bay neighborhood.
At the heart of COMMUN are our student staffers, who use their expertise to design engaging committees that introduce conference participants to challenging topics. Each committee is designed by students passionate about the topic and comes with an in-depth background guide, which clearly lays out the core issues in the committee. Our chairs are trained to provide assistance and guidance to delegates, novice to advanced, so they can make the most of every part of the conference.
